The Israeli army arrested 11 Palestinians at dawn on Sunday and detained university students, conducting field interrogations with them, following incursions into various areas of the occupied West Bank.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces detained students from Hebron University and the Polytechnic University in the city, including 5 female students, after storming the universities, and conducted field interrogations with them for several hours before releasing them, according to local sources.
Israeli forces also arrested the young man Haitham Ali Al-Bajali after raiding his home in the town of Za'tara east of Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, according to local sources.
In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces arrested 5 Palestinians from the towns of Beit Furik, Madama, Asira al-Qibliya, and Burin in Nablus, after storming their homes, searching them, and vandalizing their contents.
Local sources in Jenin reported that Israeli forces arrested the young man Alam Attari after raiding his home near the Al-Baydawi roundabout.
Israeli forces also arrested the young man Izz al-Din Jafar after raiding his home in the town of Tamoun in Tubas Governorate.
The Israeli army also arrested citizen Imad Alama and his son Ziad from the village of Izzun east of Qalqilya, after searching their home and tampering with its contents.
In central West Bank, sources indicated that the Israeli army arrested a young man from the town of Beit Rima, northwest of Ramallah, after storming the town and raiding one of the shops.
It was noted that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition, sound bombs, and tear gas during the incursion into the town, with no reports of injuries.
Alongside the genocide war on Gaza, the Israeli army and settlers have escalated their attacks in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, resulting in the deaths of at least 1,021 Palestinians and injuring about 7,000 others, in addition to the arrest of more than 19,000.
The Israeli army continues to arrest Palestinians in the West Bank amid ongoing escalation.
