Israeli analysts: Qatar's bombing is brutal piracy and Netanyahu has turned the whole world against us.

Israeli analysts and former officials have criticized the attack that targeted the Qatari capital, Doha, considering it a new failure and clear evidence of Benjamin Netanyahu's intention to thwart any attempt at prisoner exchange and end the war.

Media and strategic advisor Haim Rubinstein described the operation as "a new Israeli attempt to assassinate negotiations, especially since it came two days after a proposal made by President Donald Trump."

According to Rubinstein, this attack confirmed "Netanyahu's lies - wanted by the International Criminal Court - and proved that he has a more important goal than recovering the prisoners."

Similarly, Amos Gilad - who previously worked in the research department of military intelligence - stated that this attack reflects a lack of sober thinking and even a lack of reason in Israel, as it contradicts the idea of recovering the prisoners.

More importantly, in Gilad's view, Israel had a good relationship with Qatar as an important mediator and ally of the United States, which will now begin to further develop these relations.

Netanyahu is sabotaging negotiations, as reported by Channel 13 correspondent in the United States Neria Kraus, who relayed a U.S. official's remarks to Politico stating that Netanyahu "whenever there is progress in negotiations, bombs someone, meaning he deliberately sabotages all negotiations for the recovery of prisoners."

Not only that, Kraus reported that this attack made Trump and some of his officials "boil with anger, and what increased this anger is that he failed to achieve his goals."

However, the most dangerous aspect of this operation is that Netanyahu succeeded in sabotaging negotiations once again after a proposal made by Trump himself this time, according to former Defense Minister and Chief of Staff Moshe Ya'alon, who stated that Israel is the one that has disrupted all deals every time, not the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).

Judicial affairs analyst at Channel 13 Aviad Glickman agreed with this view, stating that Netanyahu "thinks of nothing but staying in his position and maintaining his government coalition," which was confirmed by leader of the "Peace Now" movement Yariv Oppenheimer, who said that the operation "was like an operational and political failure."

Oppenheimer believes that this attack "reflects a failure in Netanyahu's ability to assess matters, as he knew the predicament that this operation would create with Gulf countries."

Meanwhile, political affairs analyst at Channel 12 Amnon Abramovich described what happened as "piracy," stating that it "confirms that the prisoners have become a secondary target, and this has not been the case only today."

The same opinion was echoed by New York Times journalist Ronen Bergman, who stated that Israel "carried out a brutal act of international piracy with its attack on Doha," proving that the prisoners are no longer a priority for the government at all.

This act did not bring Israel closer to recovering the prisoners as before, nor did the assassination of senior Hamas leaders, according to political analyst Shlomi Eldar, who said, "Any small student knows that the movement will take into account when discussing any new proposal that Netanyahu will try to assassinate them."

Finally, former Israeli consul in the United States Alon Pinkas stated that Netanyahu "has become addicted to military operations and has become a slave to military technology, whether it succeeds or fails," while political program host at Channel 13 Odi Segal stated that the whole world "has become against Israel now, as it is an aggressor even in the eyes of friendly countries."
