An Israeli report dismantles the genocidal structure of the occupation in Gaza and reveals the bare face of Zionism.

Israeli Report Reveals the True Face of the Occupation in Gaza and Confirms Crimes of Genocide

The Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem has issued a comprehensive report titled "Our Genocide," revealing the crimes of the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip from the beginning of the war until July 2025, and calling for international trials for the leaders of the entity. The report clarifies that Israel is committing acts of genocide against Palestinians, including killings, destruction of infrastructure, and forced displacement, within the context of over seventy years of racist policies and ethnic cleansing.

International law defines genocide as the deliberate destruction of an ethnic, religious, or national group, and the report asserts that Israel is carrying out these crimes through multiple stages, starting with dehumanizing Palestinians, inciting Israeli society against them, justifying systematic violence against them, and culminating in forced displacement and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

The report highlights that since its establishment, Israel has adopted an apartheid system aimed at entrenching Jewish sovereignty over all occupied territories through discrimination, displacement, and the destruction of Palestinian national identity, portraying Palestinians as a permanent existential threat. Additionally, Israeli discourse promotes a negative image of Palestinians, depicting them as a demographic threat, which reinforces a culture of impunity that allows for the commission of crimes against humanity without accountability.

In Gaza, which Israel considers a "unique threat area," forced displacement has continued, with 90% of its population displaced at least once since October 2023, and mass evacuations have taken place, with military corridors being built for the permanent displacement of residents, as part of a plan aimed at comprehensive ethnic cleansing. Israeli attacks have also led to the destruction of 84% of water facilities and the destruction of health infrastructure, resulting in the spread of diseases, deterioration of health conditions, and increased rates of mortality and illness.

Statistics show that more than 58,000 Palestinians have been martyred since the beginning of the war, with a significant decrease in life expectancy, and hundreds of thousands suffering from severe injuries, facing shortages of medicines and medical equipment, amidst widespread destruction of hospitals and health infrastructure, leading to a complete collapse of the healthcare system in the sector.

On the economic front, 80% of institutions have been damaged, and economic activity has sharply declined, with unemployment rates rising to 79.7%. The policy of starvation and siege is one of the tools of the occupation, as Israel has imposed a comprehensive blockade, preventing the entry of food and medical aid, resulting in an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, increased hunger rates, and threatening the lives of millions of residents.

Israel has also destroyed or damaged 92% of residential buildings, and demolition operations have erased entire cities, with the burning of homes by soldiers spreading, in the context of a systematic policy aimed at destroying infrastructure and forcing residents to leave. Israel continued to target economic infrastructure, leading to a near-total collapse of commercial activity, increased unemployment rates, and unprecedented deterioration of living conditions.

In the context of forced displacement, 90% of Gaza's population has been displaced at least once, with most forced to flee repeatedly, as military corridors are established to enforce control, turning temporary displacement into permanent displacement, as part of a clear ethnic cleansing plan. Reports confirm that these policies align with intentions to completely destroy the sector, describing them as clear acts of genocide.

Senior Israeli officials have participated in rhetoric that dehumanizes Palestinians, with the Defense Minister announcing a comprehensive siege, describing Palestinians as "human animals," while other politicians supported the operations of displacement and expulsion, amid growing Israeli public opinion that believes there are no innocents in Gaza, and supports the prevention of aid and the forced deportation of residents.

At the level of prisons, they have turned into torture camps, where systematic violence is practiced, including sexual assault, humiliation, starvation, and deprivation of medical treatment, amidst clear international complicity and a lack of accountability for the crimes of the occupation, alongside ongoing Western support for its aggressive policies.

In conclusion, the report asserts that these crimes are not mere transient violations, but rather organized acts of genocide targeting the destruction of the Palestinian people and their existence, calling on the international community to stop these crimes and hold those responsible accountable, considering that Arab and Islamic silence encourages the occupation to continue its crimes.
