European summit statement calls on the Israeli occupation to completely lift the siege on Gaza.

The European summit condemned the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, noting in particular the worsening famine and the large number of civilian casualties resulting from the ongoing military operations and the blockade imposed on the Strip.

Regular aid to Gaza. In their statement, EU leaders called on Israel to fully lift the blockade and allow unhindered access for humanitarian aid, stressing the need to ensure the safe and regular flow of aid to civilians in Gaza.

Settler aggression. The European summit also condemned the escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, including settler violence and settlement expansion, as well as the continued Israeli military operations in the West Bank, noting that these violations undermine the prospects for peace and stability in the region.

Obligating the entity to abide by international law. The statement also announced that the European summit will discuss a report next July on Tel Aviv's compliance with the partnership agreement signed between it and the European Union, amid growing concerns about Tel Aviv's commitments to international law and human rights.

A diplomatic solution to the Iran issue. European leaders considered supporting a diplomatic solution, stressing the need for Iran not to possess nuclear weapons.
