A young man was martyred at dawn today, Tuesday, by the occupation forces’ bullets in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin.
Local sources said that special forces infiltrated the Ghoul building in the eastern neighborhood and shot the young man, Jihad Alauna, which resulted in him being shot with live ammunition in the thigh, and left him bleeding until his death was announced later.
The Red Crescent Society said that its crews transferred a martyr in his twenties to the hospital.
In addition, the occupation forces stormed the eastern neighborhood of Jenin in large numbers, supported by bulldozers, and destroyed a number of streets, as those forces demanded that the residents evacuate buildings in the neighborhood.
The occupation forces closed the southern entrance to the city of Jenin, and occupation soldiers were deployed in large numbers on Nablus Street, the Asfour roundabout area, and Nazareth Street.
