An investigation conducted by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Monday revealed the disappearance of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip who were under arrest by the Israeli army, noting that the latter claims that it does not know their whereabouts.
The newspaper said, "Since the outbreak of the war (the genocide on October 7, 2023), the fate of many Palestinians from the Gaza Strip who were detained by the Israeli army has not been known."
"The army claims there is no indication that they have been arrested or detained, despite the fact that the last time they were seen they were being held by soldiers or arrested," she added.
