Amnesty International called on Israel to release detained health workers, including the director of the Martyr Kamal Adwan Hospital, Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, "immediately and unconditionally."
Amnesty International said in a statement on Monday that it is deeply concerned about the fate of the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, Hussam Abu Safiya, and called for his immediate and unconditional release.
The organization added that Israel must immediately release all arbitrarily detained Palestinians, especially health workers, noting the need for the international community to act urgently to end the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
