The Arab Parliament called on US President-elect Donald Trump to correct the course of the US position regarding the ongoing occupation aggression against the Palestinian people for more than a year.
The Arab Parliament stressed, in a statement, that the new US administration must assume its responsibilities in lifting the injustice and suffering of the Palestinian people, by pressuring the occupation, and cooperating with the institutions of the international community, foremost among them the UN Security Council and the influential countries, in order to implement the principles of international law and international humanitarian law and their rules, and to stop the policy of double standards and double standards.
The Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Mohammed Al-Yamahi, stressed that the Middle East region is suffering from numerous crises and conflicts, the price of which is primarily paid by innocent civilians. He stressed that the United States of America, as a superpower and a pivotal state in the current global system, must have a positive role in implementing international legitimacy resolutions and cooperate constructively with Arab countries, in order to work to establish just peace, security and stability in the region.
