Medical sources announced today, Saturday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 42,924, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7.
The sources added that the number of injuries has risen to 100,833 since the beginning of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
It pointed out that the occupation forces committed 7 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, 77 martyrs and 289 injuries arrived at hospitals during the past 48 hours.
It explained that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
