The Government Media Office in Gaza confirmed the death of more than 770 Palestinians, in addition to more than 1,000 wounded in Jabalia camp, town and their surroundings during 19 days.
The office said in a statement on Wednesday that the occupation is forcing thousands of civilians under threat to flee their neighborhoods in the northern Gaza Strip.
He added that more than 100,000 wounded and sick people in the northern Gaza Strip need urgent health care.
