Former US President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said it is "good and smart to coexist" with Russia and North Korea.
This came in a speech he gave to a crowd of his supporters in Pennsylvania on Friday, as part of his campaign in preparation for the elections scheduled for November 5.
Referring to his 2019 meeting with Kim Jong Un in the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea, Trump said he briefly entered North Korean territory.
Trump said he got along with Kim, and considered it "good and smart to get along" with countries like North Korea and Russia.
US Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris said on August 23 that she would not get along with tyrants and dictators like Kim Jong Un, who supports Trump.
