Reshet Kan channel quoted the Israeli official as saying: We stopped a major attack... The continuation of the escalation depends on Hezbollah.
Another official told Channel 12 that this is not an attack aimed at starting a war... but rather removing a serious threat to millions of Israeli citizens.
He stressed that the continuation of the escalation depends on Hezbollah's actions.
