The Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, announced on Monday evening that it had targeted 5 Israeli military vehicles, including 3 tanks, an armored personnel carrier, and a bulldozer west of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement on Telegram: “Three Israeli Merkava tanks were targeted with Al-Yassin 105 shells, a Namer armored personnel carrier and a D9 military bulldozer with two Tandem shells, in Badr camp near Abdel Aal Stadium in Tel Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city.”
Clashes continue between fighters from armed Palestinian factions and Israeli occupation army forces in the axes of its incursion, especially in the cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis.
The Israeli army did not comment on the Qassam Brigades' statement, while the latter did not disclose any deaths or injuries.
