Israeli security officials warned last night that the chances of Israeli prisoners held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip remaining alive are diminishing.
The Israeli Reshet Kan Channel quoted a security source as saying that the meeting called for by the United States next Thursday to resume negotiations may be the last chance to reach an agreement.
The source said: It is a last chance meeting.. There will be no deal if Bibi (Netanyahu) and Sinwar do not relent.. This round is being treated as the last round, because the kidnapped people simply die in captivity.
