The American website Axios reported on Saturday that a high-level Israeli delegation arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to try to resume negotiations.
According to the American website, the delegation includes Mossad chief Didi Barnea and Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar.
The Israeli delegation will meet with the head of the Egyptian Intelligence Service, Abbas Kamel.
The delegation will discuss the prisoner exchange deal and ceasefire agreement, security arrangements along the border between Egypt and Gaza, and the reopening of the Rafah crossing.
