Israeli bulldozers demolished a house and shops in the town of Beit Anan, northwest of Jerusalem, on Thursday morning.
According to local sources, these bulldozers, accompanied by the occupation forces, stormed the town and demolished a two-storey house with an area of 300 square metres, and four commercial shops with an area of 200 square metres.
She pointed out that the targeted house and shops are located in the area between the towns of Beit Anan and Beit Liqya and are owned by citizens of Jerusalem.
Since the beginning of the occupation's comprehensive aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in October 2023, and in parallel with the unprecedented destruction of homes, buildings and facilities in the Strip, the demolition of citizens' homes has escalated, especially in the so-called area (C), which constitutes about 60% of the area of the West Bank.
