Today, Friday, citizens responded to an attack carried out by dozens of settlers on the village of Umm Safa, north of the city of Ramallah.
According to local sources, dozens of settlers attacked the outskirts of the village and cut water lines, before unarmed citizens confronted them and forced them to withdraw.
