The Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Authority and the Prisoners' Club said that the number of arrests rose after the seventh of last October to more than 8,455 detainees.
They explained, in a statement issued by them today, Thursday, that the Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 12 citizens from the West Bank, including a child and former detainees, from yesterday evening until Thursday morning.
The arrests were concentrated in Tulkarm Governorate, while the rest of the arrests were distributed among the Ramallah, Hebron, and Jerusalem governorates.
