United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres stressed, on Monday, the necessity of implementing the resolution adopted by the UN Security Council for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip during the month of Ramadan, saying that “failure to implement it would be unforgivable.”
Guterres added, in a post on his account on the X platform, that “the resolution also calls for the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.”
