On Tuesday afternoon, Israeli soldiers opened fire on a young man, near the Beit Furik checkpoint, east of Nablus, claiming that he had tried to carry out an operation. They wounded him, left him bleeding, and prevented an ambulance from arriving to treat him.
The Israeli forces, which sent additional reinforcements of their soldiers to the area, closed the Beit Furik checkpoint and prevented movement in its vicinity.
A video showed the injured young man lying on the ground.
