Israeli police beat a group of Haredi Jews who stood in solidarity with the Palestinians

The Israeli police forcefully dispersed a group of ultra-Orthodox Jews in the Mea Shearim neighborhood in East Jerusalem during a solidarity protest with Gaza, and the police lowered Palestinian flags and banners showing solidarity with Gaza on Wednesday, the first of this November.


Mea Shearim is a neighborhood inhabited by Haredi Jews who oppose Zionism and some of whom do not recognize the Israeli state according to their religious belief.
