Continuing the policy of medical negligence against prisoners

The policy of medical negligence constitutes the most prominent systematic abusive tool practiced by the occupation prison administration against the prisoners, which over the course of many decades has caused the death of dozens of them. .

In the context of this, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs monitored, through the visit of its lawyer, Sherine Nasser, Fawaz Al-Shaludi, three sick cases detained in the occupation prisons, including the case of the prisoner Hussam Shaheen (48 years) from Jerusalem, who is in "Nafha Prison", and who suffers from swelling in the abdomen. The foot and blood stuck in the nails since 2016, and the prison administration still refuses to provide him with girdles and offer him a specialist doctor.

And about the case of the prisoner Uday Ayyash from the town of Rafat, north of Salfit governorate, who is held in "Ayalon Prison", where he suffers from shortness of breath, dizziness and headaches, and suffers from fatty deposits that are spread throughout his body in the form of lumps, and the prison administration still refuses to follow up on his health condition. .

The prisoner Imad Sofi from Gaza was shot by the occupation forces, as a result of which he was wounded by 4 bullets in the left thigh area and one bullet in the right thigh, noting that the prisoner is still in the solitary confinement cells.
