Death toll from Israeli drone strikes on Gaza rises to 3 martyrs and 17 injured

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced on Friday morning that the death toll from the ongoing aerial bombardment by occupation drones on various areas of the Strip has risen. The sources confirmed that 3 martyrs and 17 injured with varying degrees of severity arrived at hospitals, following a series of intense raids targeting civilian gatherings.

According to field data, occupation drones have focused their attacks since the early hours of dawn on residential areas and vital axes frequented by citizens in several governorates of the Strip. These raids have caused widespread destruction of property, leading to a state of panic among residents who are trying to survive direct and repeated targeting.

In a related context, civil defense and ambulance crews continue their strenuous efforts to evacuate the injured and retrieve the bodies of the martyrs from the targeted sites despite the surrounding security risks. These teams face significant challenges in reaching some areas due to the continued intensive flight of warplanes and drones in the Strip's airspace, which hinders the speed of response to emergency cases.

For their part, medical staff warned of the deteriorating health situation inside hospitals, which are now operating beyond their capacity and with very limited resources. The sources indicated that the severe shortage of essential medicines and medical consumables threatens the lives of the injured, amidst the continued influx of casualties resulting from the ongoing military escalation on all fronts.

Hospitals are operating under severe pressure and a critical shortage of essential medical supplies due to the ongoing aggression.
