The Israeli army stated on Thursday that it has carried out "1,200 focused operations in southern Lebanon" over the past year, since the ceasefire agreement with "Hezbollah" came into effect on November 27, 2024, acknowledging its violation of the agreement that has been in place for a year.
On a daily basis, Israel violates the ceasefire agreement, having breached it "at least 10,000 times," according to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) a few days ago, resulting in the deaths of 331 people and injuries to 945 others, as of November 21, according to data from the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
The latest of these violations occurred earlier on Thursday, when Israeli aircraft launched a series of airstrikes on the towns of Mahmoudiya and Jarmak in southern Lebanon, claiming to "target Hezbollah infrastructure."
