The Israeli occupation army claims to have thwarted the smuggling of advanced weapons to the West Bank.

The Israeli occupation army and the Shin Bet claimed on Wednesday to have thwarted an attempt to smuggle a 'sophisticated' shipment of weapons from Iran to the occupied West Bank.

In a joint statement, the occupation army and the Shin Bet alleged that the seized shipment contained 'destabilizing' weapons, including anti-tank missiles and drones capable of carrying explosive devices.

According to the occupation's statement, the seized shipment included the following weapons and equipment: Anti-tank missiles: 15 missiles with an RPG launcher. Explosive devices: 29 devices. Drones: 4 drones, including 2 suicide drones. Bombs and machine guns: 20 hand grenades, 9 machine guns, and 7 assault rifles. Personal weapons: 53 pistols and 750 rounds.
