Tens of thousands of settlers gathered on Saturday evening in "Kaplan" Square in the center of Tel Aviv for a massive demonstration demanding an immediate and comprehensive prisoner exchange deal with Hamas and an end to the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
The demonstrators raised large banners reading "Bring them home now" and "Deal now," and chanted slogans urging the government to prioritize the lives of the prisoners held in Gaza over other military objectives.
A large number of participants also called for an immediate cessation of the war, considering that it is not achieving its goals and is causing more casualties on both sides.
