The White House: Trump's plan for Gaza is acceptable and we expect Hamas to agree.

The White House revealed, in a series of statements on Thursday evening, the outlines of the diplomatic moves led by President Donald Trump's administration on two main fronts: ending the war in the Gaza Strip and addressing the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

The White House spokesperson announced that President Trump and his team 'have worked tirelessly to put together a peace plan for Gaza,' describing the proposed plan as 'acceptable.'

The White House confirmed that it expects Hamas to accept this plan 'to move forward towards a more peaceful and stable Middle East,' clearly indicating that the U.S. administration believes the ball is now in the Palestinian movement's court to end the conflict.

Regarding the war in Ukraine, the White House emphasized that President Trump 'has put in tremendous effort and time' to end the conflict, affirming that he 'made clear to both parties in the dispute' his desire for the war to end.

All eyes are now on the Gaza Strip awaiting the official response from Hamas to the peace plan backed by Washington.
