Hebrew media: Trump will present a plan to end the war in Gaza to leaders of Arab and Islamic countries on Tuesday.

The Hebrew Channel 12 revealed on Monday that U.S. President Donald Trump will present a comprehensive American plan to leaders of six Arab and Islamic countries on Tuesday to end the war in Gaza and determine the future of the sector.

According to reports from both Axios and Channel 12, the meeting will be held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York and comes as the most significant American diplomatic move to end the ongoing war.

According to sources, the American principles that President Trump and his envoy, Steve Witkoff, will present are based on four main pillars: a comprehensive end to the war and a ceasefire, the return of all hostages held, a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, and a clear plan for who will manage the Gaza Strip in the post-war phase.

Axios confirmed that invitations to attend the meeting were sent to the leaders of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey.

The White House hopes that these countries will play a pivotal role in the "day after" arrangements for the war, including the possibility of deploying forces as part of an international stabilization force to replace the occupying forces in the sector.

In return, Arab leaders are expected to use the meeting to exert counter-pressure on Trump to urge him to rein in Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and push him to end the war and abandon plans to annex parts of the West Bank.

On the Israeli occupation side, Channel 12 reported from a senior official that Netanyahu "knows the details of parts of Trump's plan," adding in a notable admission that Tel Aviv "may have to accept some of it," referring to the expected level of American pressure.
