Occupation admits to aircraft hangar hit at 'Ramat David' base by Iranian missile

The Israeli occupation authorities admitted today that one of its vital military facilities in northern occupied Palestine sustained direct damage. Media sources stated that military censorship allowed the publication of details regarding an aircraft hangar being hit inside the 'Ramat David' airbase, as a result of an Iranian missile strike during the recent wave of bombardment that targeted Israeli depth.

Ramat David base is considered one of the strategic airbases for the occupation, housing advanced squadrons of American-made 'F-35' fighters. The occupation army had imposed a strict blackout on the results of the Iranian missile attacks for weeks, before being forced to acknowledge precise hits on the infrastructure of the important airbase.

For its part, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard had previously confirmed its direct targeting of this base, indicating that it was among the target bank of the missile operation. The delayed Israeli admission confirmed the accuracy of the Iranian narrative regarding the hitting of specific military targets in the north, despite the media disinformation attempts practiced by the occupation immediately after the attack.

In a related context, media reports revealed that the Revolutionary Guard relied on precise coordinates provided by the resistance in Lebanon to identify its targets. Sources explained that Hezbollah supplied the Iranian side with excellent intelligence data collected through advanced aerial reconnaissance operations carried out by 'Hudhud' drones over secret Israeli facilities.

Hezbollah had previously published videos in early 2024 taken by a 'Hudhud' drone showing precise details of the Ramat David base from within. These shots included accurate monitoring of runways, aircraft hangars, and logistical facilities, which enabled the missile force to identify weaknesses and target them with extreme precision during the direct confrontation.

According to the technical information revealed, the Iranian missile hit a facility belonging to Squadron '157', which is permanently stationed at the base. The targeted location was precisely identified as a hangar designated for the technical and logistical equipment of this squadron, reflecting a development in missile guidance capabilities and intelligence cooperation among the parties of the axis of resistance.

This admission raises widespread questions within Israeli circles about the effectiveness of air defense systems in protecting the most fortified airbases. It also highlights the failure to prevent reconnaissance aircraft from photographing sensitive sites, which ultimately facilitated the arrival of Iranian missiles to their precisely drawn targets.

Military censorship allowed the disclosure of an aircraft hangar being hit inside the Ramat David airbase by an Iranian missile in the recent bombardment.
