The American "Next Day" plan.. a disguised colonial mandate and legitimization of displacement under an economic facade.

Dr. Hassan Ayoub: Work on this plan began with the onset of the aggression against the sector to turn it into an isolated area that can later be linked to Western capital projects.

Dr. Ahmed Rafiq Awad: The timing of the leak of the plan just before the General Assembly meetings aims to undermine the idea of recognizing the Palestinian state.

Dr. Abdul Majid Suwailem: The U.S. administration is pressuring for a military resolution that allows Israel to end the resistance and then transfer the management of the sector directly to Washington.

Dr. Jamal Harfoush: The plan was prepared in advance within American and Israeli strategic think tanks and was waiting for the appropriate "pretext" to market it.

Riham Awda: Implementing this plan represents an attempt to thwart any international movement to recognize or establish a Palestinian state in the future.

Dr. Amr Hussein: Any reconstruction projects must be based on the right of the Palestinian people to their land and sovereignty, not on attempts at demographic engineering.

In light of the escalating Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the outlines of a dangerous plan under American guardianship have emerged for the "day after" the war in Gaza, within a vision aimed at transforming the sector into an "investment and real estate area" devoid of its inhabitants, in a practical model for the geographic and historical liquidation of the Palestinian presence, and removing Gaza from the Palestinian state.

According to writers, analysts, specialists, and university professors, in separate conversations with "Y," this plan, which was discussed in Washington in American meetings with the participation of Israeli and international figures, is presented under the guise of reconstruction, but in essence represents a disguised colonial guardianship aimed at isolating Gaza and later linking it to Western capital projects and ambitions for its resources.

They confirm that this plan is not merely about reconstruction; it carries destructive demographic, security, and cultural dimensions, aiming to empty the land of its inhabitants through disguised displacement under the names of "voluntary migration" or granting symbolic compensation, while also seeking to create a separate political entity in Gaza, under direct foreign guardianship, while retaining Israeli digital security control, and transforming the issue from a national liberation cause into a humanitarian investment file.

The deliberate timing of the leak of this plan just before the United Nations General Assembly meetings, according to writers, analysts, specialists, and university professors, reveals its dangerous political dimensions, which aim to undermine the idea of recognizing the Palestinian state and thwart any international movement in this direction.

"An investment and real estate area" devoid of its inhabitants

Political science professor and American affairs specialist, Dr. Hassan Ayoub, warns of the danger of the "American-Israeli plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause," which was evident in the meeting held by the U.S. administration a few days ago with the participation of Jared Kushner, Tony Blair, and figures from the occupation government, including Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar and Netanyahu's advisor Ron Dermer, with the complete exclusion of Palestinians and Arabs from the discussion table.

Ayoub clarifies that what happened in the meeting reflects the transition of ideas proposed by Kushner since the early weeks of the genocide in Gaza to a clearer level, where he spoke at that time about transforming the sector into an "investment and real estate area" devoid of its inhabitants.

Ayoub points to Kushner's presence in the Gaza envelope settlements in the early weeks of the war and his description of the sector as an ideal investment project, which clearly reveals the brutal nature of capitalism allied with fascist thought.

A purifying ideology based on killing and extermination

Ayoub confirms that this is not merely "savage capitalism" in the traditional sense of the 19th century, but a system supported by a purifying ideology based on killing and extermination.

Ayoub explains that the plan being discussed, including the establishment of a new fund similar to the "Gaza Reconstruction Fund," reflects a practical model for the liquidation of the Palestinian presence, which explains Hamas's insistence in negotiations to exclude the current fund from managing aid, while Washington and Tel Aviv insist on its continuation.

Ayoub sees what is happening as a "rehearsal" for what is to come: imposing choices on Palestinians either to accept residential apartments instead of their lands or to receive "trivial amounts" in exchange for their homelands.

Ayoub emphasizes that this plan is not a recent development; it has been in the
