Abu Ubaida: Al-Qassam Brigades are ready to cooperate with the Red Cross to bring in medicine and food for the prisoners
Al-Qassam is ready to positively engage and respond to any request from the Red Cross to bring food and medicine to enemy prisoners
The spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, announced that the movement is ready to cooperate positively with the Red Cross to bring medicine and food to the prisoners held by the Israeli occupation, emphasizing the importance of permanently opening humanitarian corridors to enable the delivery of food and medicine to all members of the Palestinian people in all areas of the Gaza Strip.
Abu Ubaida pointed out that the Al-Qassam Brigades condition the continuous opening of humanitarian corridors to ensure the regular passage of food and medicine, expressing the movement's readiness to respond to any request from the Red Cross in this regard, confirming that the prisoners will not receive special privileges in light of the crime of starvation and the siege imposed on them by the occupation.
He clarified that the Al-Qassam Brigades do not deliberately starve the prisoners, but rather they eat what their fighters and the general population of the Palestinian people eat, noting that the difficult conditions faced by the prisoners are a result of the ongoing siege and aggression on the Gaza Strip, and that the movement seeks to improve their conditions within the available capabilities.
