4 injured and 18 others arrested during clashes in Qalandia camp

Four children were injured by live bullets, one of them seriously, and 18 citizens were arrested today, Monday, during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of Qalandia camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.


Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the camp, raided dozens of homes, and arrested 18 citizens: Muhammad Zahran, Mahmoud Alqam, Ihab Shahrour, Ahmed Jihad Al-Shouani, Musa Hazin, Muhammad Ishaq Yaqoub, Ihab Bazie, Karam Al-Baria, Muhammad Hassan Al-Baria, Ahmad Hassan Al-Lawzi, Issa Jahjouh, Ahmad Jamal Al-Hout, Musa Jahjouh, Ahmad Alian, Qabil Hammad, Ahmad Ali, and the brothers Sharif and Saeed Muhammad Saeed Zayed.


The Red Crescent Society said that its crews in Ramallah and Al-Bireh dealt with 4 injuries caused by live bullets, one of the injuries was described as very serious and cardiopulmonary resuscitation is underway.


The occupation closed roads around Qalandia camp and Kafr Aqab town and injured a young man with live bullets during its ongoing raid on Qalandia camp.
