The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem estimated that about 40,000 worshipers performed Friday prayers in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid an intense deployment of Israeli occupation forces in the streets of the city and the vicinity of the mosque, who checked the personal cards of the worshipers, and obstructed and prevented the entry of many of them.
