A special conference was held on Monday evening in New York City, United States of America, to discuss reactivating the peace process in the Middle East between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
The Hebrew channel Reshet Kan's envoy to New York stated that the conference was attended by foreign ministers of European Union countries, along with ministers of some Arab countries, the most important of which are Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan.
The participants stressed the need to activate initiatives aimed at re-negotiating and promoting the two-state solution option.
It was noted that no representative was absent from either the Palestinian or Israeli side.
