Hamas condemns the implementation of a new settlement project in Jerusalem

Today, Wednesday, Hamas condemned the implementation of a settlement project that includes the construction of an aerial suspension bridge in the Wadi Al-Rababa neighborhood in Silwan , occupied Jerusalem.

Hamas spokesman Muhammad Hamada considered the project a flagrant attack on the town's identity, and a continuation of the policy of Judaizing the occupied city of Jerusalem and changing its civilizational and cultural features. like he said.

Hamada added, "The fascist occupation's feverish pursuit of expanding its settlement projects, in full view of the world, disregarding all international resolutions and covenants that criminalized settlement; our Palestinian people will only meet it with more steadfastness and confrontation."

He called on the international community to take effective action to oblige the occupation to stop its settlement and Judaization policies that threaten the security and stability of the region.
