Jules Conde , defender of Seville and the France national team, ignites a struggle between 3 major clubs during the current summer transfer period.
Fabrizio Romano, an expert in the transfer market, revealed on his Twitter account that Chelsea is currently moving to support its defense line with two deals at once, namely Conde and Persnell Kimpembe, the Paris Saint-Germain player.
He explained that the Blues management turned to Conde, after attempts to sign Nathan Ake, Manchester City defender, faltered.
He also pointed out that the Barcelona administration is expected to speed up its steps if it wants to include Jules Conde.
The Seville defender is also a potential option for Paris Saint-Germain, in the event that the contract with Milan Skriniar, Inter Milan defender, is not completed.
