Mohammed Nazal, a member of the political bureau of Hamas, announced that the movement is seriously studying the American plan attributed to President Trump, confirming that they have "observations" on it and that they will announce their official position "very soon."
Nazal pointed out that Hamas is discussing the plan from the standpoint of stopping the "genocide" in Gaza, but it will not accept any solution that undermines the rights of the Palestinian people.
Nazal clarified in his remarks that Hamas received the plan last Monday evening and immediately began "internal and external consultations" the following day.
We do not operate under the logic that time is a sword hanging over our necks.
