The Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, announced in statements on Monday that the occupation forces are currently preparing and gathering inside the city of Gaza and its surroundings, in preparation for carrying out a 'major and powerful ground maneuver.'
Netanyahu described the current airstrikes as 'just a prelude' to this operation, indicating that his forces are currently organizing their ranks in preparation for the ground operation.
He added: 'I promised a few days ago that we would bring down the towers of terrorism in Gaza, and that is exactly what we are doing now.'
The current attacks are just a prelude to this operation.
