The Canadian government said that Israeli military operations against civilians and aid workers in Gaza are unacceptable and called for the immediate resumption of UN-led aid distribution in the Strip.
"Israeli military operations against WHO staff and facilities, World Food Programme aid convoys, and the continued killing of Palestinians desperately seeking food and water are unacceptable," the Canadian Foreign Ministry said on Twitter.
"Hunger in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels. We call for the immediate resumption of large-scale UN-led aid," she added.
