Belgian Minister of Development Cooperation Carolina Guinez said on Tuesday that denying humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip contravenes international law.
She stressed the need not to target humanitarian aid and its workers, and added: “Starvation is not a weapon of war.”
On Monday evening, Israeli settlers attacked 9 aid trucks on their way to Gaza, looted them, damaged them, and set fire to at least one near the city of Hebron in the south of the West Bank.
