The occupation continues its aggression on Nour Shams camp.

A massive explosion rocked the Manshiyya neighborhood of the Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm, on Sunday evening, as the Israeli aggression against the camp continues for the 71st consecutive day.

According to local sources, a fire broke out in a house following the explosion, followed by a thick plume of smoke. Details of the incident remain unknown due to the tight siege and the area's emptiness following the forced displacement of residents.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces forced a number of families this evening to evacuate their homes east of the Dhnaba suburb, specifically in the area near Jabal al-Nasr inside Nour Shams camp. The affected families included: Fayez al-Huwaiti, al-Attar, Sami al-Zayet, and al-Shaaban.

In the same context, today, occupation bulldozers began leveling streets in the Jabal al-Nasr area of the camp, while simultaneously raiding a house near al-Nasr Mosque, searching it, and interrogating its residents.

In another development, occupation forces deployed their vehicles and infantry units in the northern neighborhood of Tulkarm, and took up positions around the garage complex and Shuweika roundabout, where they arrested young men, assaulted a number of them, and arrested Majdi Hassan, Ibrahim Abu Shanab, Qusay Abu Shanab, and Samer Allan, before later releasing the two young men, Qusay and Samer.

The occupation forces also set up a military checkpoint on Nablus Street, specifically in the area opposite the entrance to Nour Shams camp, where vehicles were stopped, searched, and prevented from passing.

It's worth noting that the aforementioned street was rehabilitated this morning by Public Works and Municipality crews, under the direct supervision of Tulkarm Governor Abdullah Kamil, and in cooperation with the Palestinian Liaison Office.

A young man was martyred Sunday evening by Israeli occupation forces at the entrance to the "Homesh" settlement, built on Palestinian land, south of Jenin.

The Ministry of Health stated that the General Authority for Civil Affairs was informed of the death of Suleiman Fawaz Manasra (24 years old), a resident of the town of Qabatiya, after occupation soldiers fired live bullets at him at the entrance to the "Homesh" settlement, and that his body was detained.

Local sources reported hearing heavy live fire at the entrance to the settlement built on lands in the town of Silat al-Dhahr, south of Jenin. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a body lying on the ground and a gathering of occupation forces around it.

The occupation forces also closed the road between the cities of Jenin and Nablus, and the entrance to the town of Bazariya, alleging that a shooting operation had been carried out in the area.

With the martyrdom of Manasra, the number of martyrs in Jenin Governorate since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the city and camp of Jenin has risen to 39.

Israeli concern over the outcome of the US-Iranian talks

Israel expressed concern about the possibility of the US administration's retreat from its stance toward Iran, following the second round of indirect talks between US and Iranian officials in Rome, which concluded with an agreement to begin developing a framework for a potential nuclear agreement.

The Sultanate of Oman, which is mediating between the two countries, announced that the talks aim to reach a binding agreement that guarantees Iran's complete denuclearization and the lifting of sanctions, while preserving its ability to develop peaceful nuclear energy.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in his speech hours after the conclusion of US-Iranian talks that he is "committed" to preventing Iran from possessing nuclear weapons.

The Israel Hayom website reported, citing a source close to the White House, that talks between the United States and Iran are expected to collapse soon. A non-governmental Israeli source said he had a conversation with a senior US official, during which the latter confirmed that "Israel has no reason to be concerned about the progress made in the talks with Iran." According to the US official, the negotiations will likely collapse once Washington presents its full list of demands. The source added that the conversation focused on the ongoing talks between US envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian representatives regarding Iran's nuclear program, reiterating that Israel has no need to fear these developments.

The Israeli source, citing a US official, said that President Trump "is fully aware of the Iranian threat and is handling the negotiations in his own way." The Israeli official predicted that "the talks with Iran will collapse within weeks once Washington presents its full demands, which include dismantling the nuclear program based on the Libyan model, halting the development of ballistic missiles, and ending the activities of Iranian proxies in the Middle East."

The source added, "We must leave Trump free rein. He knows what he's doing." He emphasized that the United States has not given up on the basic demands set by the Trump administration.

Israel insists that any negotiations with Iran must lead to the complete dismantling of its nuclear program.

This came as Reuters reported, citing an Israeli official and two informed sources, that Israel does not rule out launching an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities in the coming months, despite US President Donald Trump informing Netanyahu that the United States is not currently prepared to support such a move.

Over the past several months, Israel has proposed a series of options to the Trump administration for attacking Iranian facilities, some of which are planned for late spring and summer, according to the sources. The sources say the plans include a combination of airstrikes and special forces operations of varying intensity, and would likely hinder Tehran's ability to use its nuclear program for military purposes for months, a year, or more. The New York Times reported on Wednesday that Trump told Netanyahu in a White House meeting earlier this month that Washington wanted to prioritize diplomatic talks with Tehran and that he was not prepared to support a strike on Iranian nuclear facilities in the short term.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar denied reports that Trump intervened to stop an Israeli operation against Iranian nuclear facilities.

"I am a member of the Security Council and all the sensitive forums, and I don't recall such a decision being taken. I don't think such a decision was ever taken," Sa'ar told the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph. "But Israel is committed to preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. If this goal can be achieved diplomatically, we accept it."

Sa'ar expressed concern about the possibility of the next US administration weakening its resolve toward Iran, but pointed to a post by US negotiator Steve Witkoff on the X platform last week, in which he emphasized his desire to dismantle the Iranian nuclear program, both in terms of enrichment and weapons.

Sa'ar said, "I believe the current administration is committed to dealing with this issue and has made it a priority. More important than that is the goal: Iran must not possess a nuclear weapon."

He added, "We have seen how Iran assisted Russia during its war in Ukraine, with weapons, drones, and intelligence," warning of "the great danger of enabling the world's most extremist regimes to possess the world's most dangerous weapons." He emphasized that Iranian missiles are already capable of reaching Europe.

Sa'ar warned of nuclear proliferation in the region if Iran acquires a nuclear weapon, saying: "A nuclear arms race will begin in the Middle East... and this will have serious repercussions for security, not just in the region, but in the world."

He continued: "Iran has attacked Israel twice with hundreds of missiles, and uses proxies like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis to destabilize the entire Middle East. If it did all this without a nuclear umbrella, what could it do if it obtained a nuclear umbrella?"

The Israeli minister concluded by warning that Iran is not fulfilling its international obligations: "Iran has always flouting its commitments. I don't rule out the possibility that it will seek partial agreements to avoid a radical solution. We are speaking directly with the Americans, as well as with our European friends. Iran is currently in a position of relative weakness, and this must be exploited to achieve the goal, not given a reprieve until circumstances change."

Israel's Channel 14 reported that "the new agreement being negotiated may be better for the Iranians than the one signed during the Obama era, despite Trump's declaration of a tough stance toward Tehran." It added, "Sanctions are expected to be lifted, billions will be pumped in, and terrorist arms, from Hamas to the Houthis, will return to activity. Moreover, Iran's proxies are still active in Iraq, Yemen, and even Africa, indicating that the danger has not disappeared, but is on the rise again... Experts are arriving, equipment is being smuggled in, and the money is still there. Not in the quantities it was in the past, but it is completely enough to keep the system alive and breathing."

She added, "The agreement demonstrates the contours of Obama's policy, despite Trump's rhetoric, and raises security concerns for Israel, which appears isolated in the confrontation."

For its part, Israel's Channel 13 reported that "the Israeli leadership is monitoring developments in the negotiations and is pressuring Washington not to sign an agreement that would allow Iran to acquire nuclear capabilities, even if they are civilian." It added, "Many Israeli officials want these talks to fail, or for them to be accompanied by an American threat to use force."

The occupation resumes the Gaza war | Dead in several areas and the humanitarian crisis worsens

At least three Palestinians were killed and others injured in an Israeli airstrike early Sunday morning that targeted a house near the al-Sawarha cemetery, west of Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip. This comes as the Israeli occupation continues its war of extermination against the Gaza Strip, which it resumed on March 18.

The Israeli occupation government, headed by Benjamin Netanyahu, insists on continuing its war of extermination, which has been raging since October 7, 2023, despite mounting demands on the Israeli street to halt the war and return the Israeli detainees in the Gaza Strip. Thousands of people took part in a mass demonstration in Tel Aviv's Prisoners' Square on Saturday evening, demanding the return of the detainees. Netanyahu said on Saturday that he is determined to continue the war, rejecting Hamas' demands for a ceasefire. He stressed that the war will not stop until its full goals are achieved, foremost among which are "eliminating Hamas, returning the kidnapped soldiers, and ensuring that the Gaza Strip does not pose a threat to Israel's security."

Yesterday, Saturday, witnessed the death of the first occupation soldier since the resumption of the war, as the Israeli occupation army announced the death of an officer and the serious injury of three other soldiers, including a female officer, during battles in the northern Gaza Strip. For its part, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas movement, announced yesterday, Saturday, that its fighters carried out a "complex ambush" against an Israeli force in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City, which resulted in deaths and injuries among its ranks. This brings the number of soldiers whose deaths the Israeli occupation army has acknowledged since the beginning of the war of extermination it is waging on Gaza on October 7, 2023, to 847, including 408 since the start of the ground operation on the 27th of the same month.

Updated: Wounded prisoner Nasser Khalil Radaideh from Bethlehem has died in Israeli prisons.

The Civil Affairs Authority informed the Commission of Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs, and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club, of the death of prisoner Nasser Khalil Radaideh (49 years old) from the town of Al-Ubeidiya, in the Israeli Hadassah Hospital, after he was transferred yesterday from Ofer Prison. He is added to the list of martyrs of the prisoner movement who have risen as a result of the organized crimes practiced by the Israeli occupation prison system in an unprecedented manner since the beginning of the ongoing genocide.

Radaideh had been detained since September 18, 2023, after being shot by the occupation forces at the time.

The committee and the club said that Radaideh is the second martyr among prisoners to be declared dead in occupation prisons within four days. He is married and has seven children. He spent a period in Shaare Zedek Hospital following his arrest and severe injury, but his health later stabilized, according to information available to the institutions and based on visits conducted to him at the time.

With the death of detainee Radaideh, the number of martyred prisoners and detainees since the beginning of the war of extermination has risen to 65, whose identities are known, amid the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance. Among them are at least 40 martyrs from Gaza, making this the bloodiest phase in the history of the prisoners' movement and our people. Thus, the number of martyrs from the prisoners' movement whose identities are known since 1967 has reached 302 martyrs to date, while the number of martyred prisoners whose bodies are still being held has reached 74 martyrs, including 63 martyrs since the beginning of the extermination.

The Commission and the Club stressed, in a joint statement, that the increasing number of martyrs among prisoners and detainees will take a more dangerous turn with the continued detention of thousands in the occupation’s prisons, and their continued exposure to systematic crimes, most notably: torture, starvation, assaults of various kinds, medical crimes, sexual assaults, and the deliberate imposition of conditions that lead to their infection with serious and contagious diseases, such as scabies, in addition to the unprecedented policies of theft and deprivation.

The statement added that the martyrdom of detainee Radaideh constitutes a new crime added to the record of Israeli brutality, which has perpetrated all forms of crimes against prisoners with the aim of killing them. These crimes constitute another aspect of the ongoing genocide.

The Commission and the Club held the occupation fully responsible for the martyrdom of detainee Radaideh, and renewed their demand for the international human rights system to move forward in taking effective decisions to hold the occupation leaders accountable for the war crimes committed against our people, and to impose sanctions on the occupation that would force it into clear international isolation, and restore the human rights system to its fundamental role for which it exists, and put an end to the terrifying state of impotence that afflicted it during the war of extermination, and end the state of exceptional immunity that the world has granted to the occupying state, considering it above accountability, accountability and punishment.

Doha: Committed to reviving the Gaza truce despite frustration over stalled negotiations

Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed Al-Khulaifi expressed his country's frustration on Sunday with the slow progress in the Gaza ceasefire negotiations, while stressing Doha's commitment to continuing its efforts to revive the agreement despite the difficulties.

This came in an interview with Agence France-Presse, during which he indicated that Qatar "has been working in recent days to try to bring the two sides together and revive the agreement they had agreed upon," following a new round of negotiations that failed to produce an agreement, despite nearly a month having passed since the resumption of the war on Gaza.

"We are certainly frustrated by the slow pace of the negotiation process... This is an urgent matter, and lives are at stake if the military operation continues day after day," Al-Khalifi said, according to a report by Agence France-Presse on Sunday.

Qatar, along with the United States and Egypt, is mediating the ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas. The first phase of the agreement went into effect in mid-January, before Israel announced the resumption of the war and refused to move to the next phase of the agreement on March 18.

In response to Israel's repeated criticism of Doha and its role, Al-Khalifi said, "We have been receiving this type of criticism and negative comments since the beginning of our involvement (in mediating to end the war)," noting that "the criticisms we constantly hear from Benjamin Netanyahu himself are baseless and often just noise."

Doha had previously described Israeli media attacks against it as a "smear campaign," denying the validity of an investigation attributed to the Shin Bet security service that alleged that Qatari aid to Gaza was used to bolster Hamas's military capabilities.

In this context, the Qatari International Media Office stressed last March that "no aid was delivered to either the political or military wings of the movement."

Responding to allegations made by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu during an interview with the Christian television channel Daystar during his recent visit to Washington, in which he accused Qatar of inciting against the United States and Zionism on American universities, Al-Khalifi said, "Everything Qatar does is transparent," adding that "Netanyahu's allegations regarding Qatar's educational partnerships have been refuted more than once."

Regarding international mediation, Al-Khulaifi pointed to the development of Qatar's role in the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He described the meeting held last March between Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi and his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, in Doha as "an important step toward calming the conflict." He noted that Qatar "has succeeded in building a flexible line of communication between the two sides, and we hope to achieve further successes, which you will hear about in the coming days."

Regarding the Syrian issue, Al-Khulaifi said that Qatar intends to discuss the sanctions imposed on Damascus with the US side following the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad's regime. It will also discuss with its regional partners the issue of increasing public sector salaries and potential Qatari funding for gas supplies to Syria.

China's ambassador to Washington calls for an end to the trade war, warns: We are ready to respond

China's ambassador to the United States, Xie Feng, called on Washington to seek consensus with Beijing and peaceful coexistence, but also stressed that China is prepared to respond in light of the escalating trade war.

In remarks at a public event in Washington, details of which were posted on the Chinese embassy's website, Xie said that tariffs would devastate the global economy, drawing parallels between the Great Depression and the tariffs imposed by the United States in the 1930s.

Referring to concepts in traditional Chinese medicine, such as the need to balance the opposing forces of yin and yang, Xie said harmony should guide relations between the world's two largest economies.

"A good TCM prescription usually combines several different ingredients that enhance each other and achieve the best medical results," he added.

"Likewise, the world is vast enough to accommodate both China and the United States. We should seek peaceful coexistence rather than head-on collision, and help each other succeed rather than fall into the trap of mutual loss," he continued.

Massive trade between the world's two largest economies has virtually ground to a halt due to the trade war, with tariffs exceeding 100 percent in both directions and a host of trade, investment, and cultural restrictions.

China's largest shipbuilding association on Saturday attacked a US plan to impose port fees on China-bound vessels.

While Japan, Taiwan, and other countries are already in talks or preparing to negotiate with Washington over President Donald Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs, there are currently no high-level dialogues scheduled with China.

Trump said Friday that the United States is having particularly good talks with China amid the trade war between the two countries. "By the way, we're having good talks with China. They're, in fact, very good," he told reporters at the White House.

He did not provide any further details. China says the United States must show respect before any talks can take place between the two sides. The Chinese ambassador reiterated his country's opposition to the trade war but indicated that it would respond to any country that imposes tariffs on it.

Israeli aggression on Jenin: bulldozing and burning homes and converting others into barracks.

The Israeli occupation's aggression on the city and camp of Jenin has entered its third month, amidst bulldozing and burning homes, and converting others into military barracks.

This morning, Israeli occupation forces arrested two young men from the town of Araba, south of Jenin, after raiding and searching their homes. This morning, Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, stormed the town of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, and deployed throughout its neighborhoods, firing live ammunition at civilians.

The occupation continues to send military reinforcements, accompanied by fuel tankers, from the Jalameh checkpoint to the vicinity of Jenin camp.

Israeli bulldozers placed earthen berms around the Tawalbeh Mosque at the northern entrance to Jenin camp, while drones continued to fly over the city and camp.

Israeli occupation forces raided a number of villages and towns south of Jenin, including the towns of Jaba', Araba, and Siris, south of the governorate, and Burqin, west of the city, where they arrested Ramzi Khalouf from his home.

Jenin Governor Kamal Abu al-Rab said in a statement on Sunday that efforts are ongoing to resolve the temporary displacement crisis in the Jenin and Tulkarm governorates by providing caravans on plots of land near the camps.

According to Abu al-Rab, the number of displaced persons has reached 21,000, distributed throughout the governorate. There are 6,000 in the city, 3,200 in the Arab American University dormitories, and 4,181 in Burqin.

According to the Ministry of Public Works, the meetings are aimed at securing temporary shelter for the displaced in the Wadi Burqin area, which will initially include 32 mobile homes, each accommodating five people.

Report: The annexation of the West Bank to Israel is neither creeping nor accelerating, but rather has already taken place.

Israeli legal experts have stated that the mere establishment of the "Settlement Directorate" within the Ministry of Defense, at the request of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who also serves as a minister in the Ministry of Defense, constitutes an annexation of the West Bank to Israel. Officials within the "Settlement Directorate" also assert that they are seeking to implement the annexation plan on the ground.

According to Yoni Danino, head of the "directorate's" staff, the "Settlement Directorate" has two main goals: to have the Israeli authorities treat the West Bank in the same way they treat the Negev and the Galilee in terms of development and resource allocation, and to implement "sovereignty in Judea and Samaria," according to what Haaretz reported on Sunday.

Danino added, "Imposing sovereignty depends on Knesset legislation. We don't have the power to implement this, but we do have the power to push the situation, professionally speaking, to the closest point that allows it. The more the administration imposes facts on the ground, through regular government regulatory steps, the establishment of another industrial zone, another house, and the paving of another road, the more things will mature and the ability to impose sovereignty will be better. Imposing sovereignty is not a decision I will make, but I can create an actual sovereign reality."

“If we create a situation where all residents of the central part of the country travel to the Golan Heights via Judea and Samaria, because Waze directs them to travel on Route 90 (which runs from Eilat in the south to Metulla in the north) and Route 5 (which connects Tel Aviv to the West Bank and is called the Trans-Samaria Highway) with bridges and without traffic jams, this will eventually lead to sovereignty,” Danino said.

He continued, "If 20% of Israel's energy production is in Judea and Samaria, and solar and renewable energy is produced from there, this will achieve sovereignty."

Danino noted that the way settlers are governed in the West Bank has "changed 180 degrees" during the current Israeli government's term, and that "citizens (settlers) are subject to the governor, who is legally the general (commander of the IDF Central Command), but it is the citizens who run things, not the people who view them from a security perspective. If it is decided to build a balcony in the Beit El settlement, the impact on the security situation in Ramallah is not addressed. The army can provide comments, but it does not manage such a construction process."

The head of the Settlement Administration added, "For many years, no settlements have been established in Judea and Samaria. During this government's tenure, 28 new settlements have been officially established, and these are not random outposts. This is a dramatic increase in percentages. These are works carried out by the state with distinction."

Data from the Peace Now movement, based on reports from the Supreme Planning Council of the Israeli military's Civil Administration, indicates that 4,427 settlement construction plans were approved in 2022, 12,349 in 2023, 9,971 in 2024, and 14,335 in the first three months of 2025.

"Annexation is neither creeping nor accelerating, it is already happening," the newspaper quoted Ziv Shtehl, general director of the human rights organization Yesh Din, as saying. "Besides violating the fundamental rule of international law, which prohibits annexation, it has a dramatic impact on every aspect of the lives of Palestinians in the West Bank, three million of whom are not citizens and find themselves in the status of subjects without rights, at the mercy of a government they have no ability to influence."

Following Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential election last November, Smotrich declared that 2025 would be "the year of sovereignty in Judea and Samaria."

During the last winter Knesset session, coalition MKs were seen seeking to advance laws aimed at changing the situation in the West Bank, supported by government decisions that ignored the Palestinian population and international law, according to the newspaper.

Last December, Israeli Minister of Construction and Housing Yitzhak Goldknopf decreed Israel's urban renewal laws on West Bank settlements. These laws grant building contractors substantial benefits, with the aim of expediting the construction of tens of thousands of housing units in the settlements. These benefits include exemptions from improvement taxes, land purchase taxes, and value-added tax on construction.

At the end of last January, the Knesset approved in its preliminary reading a bill that would make it easier for Jews to purchase land in the West Bank, contrary to the current situation, and would repeal the Jordanian law prohibiting the leasing and sale of property to anyone who is not Jordanian, Palestinian, or Arab.

Last November, the Knesset approved in its first reading a bill allowing Israeli military courts to impose fines on Palestinian citizens who have not paid fines imposed by military courts.

Another bill, approved by the Knesset in its second and third readings, stipulates that local authorities in settlements may collect a portion of the income from taxes in settlement industrial and commercial zones.

Another bill would consider the settlements in the southern Hebron Hills and the Kiryat Arba settlement in Hebron part of the Negev, which would grant the settlers there budgets from the Negev Development Authority.

The Knesset approved the bill in its preliminary reading last May, and it was transferred to the Knesset Economics Committee for preparation for a subsequent vote. Committee Chairman David Bitan, realizing that the bill would require "imposing Israeli sovereignty" over the West Bank, instructed the committee's legal advisor to examine how the bill could be advanced in a manner that circumvents international law.

Israeli report: Israeli plan to expand ground incursion and divide Gaza City

The Israeli military is preparing to launch a new "large-scale incursion" into the Gaza Strip, including expanding ground operations and dismembering Gaza City. This is part of what it describes as an "updated strategy aimed at undermining Hamas's ability to control the Strip," while simultaneously attempting to pressure the movement's leadership in negotiations over a prisoner exchange, according to a report on Sunday by the Walla news website.

This comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a recorded speech Saturday evening, amid escalating internal debate over the feasibility of continuing the war in Gaza amid growing public pressure to recover the hostages. In the speech, Netanyahu reiterated his traditional positions: no ceasefire, no deal under the current circumstances, and no withdrawal without a "comprehensive military solution."

According to the Walla news website, "the army is continuing its intensive military operations in the north, south, and center of the Gaza Strip, using air, sea, and land," noting that the new plan aims to "cut the city into two parts, which would result in Hamas losing more than 50 percent of the territory it controls."

According to the report, the Israeli army "has carried out approximately 1,300 airstrikes since the resumption of the war on Gaza, killing more than 400 members of resistance factions, including battalion and company commanders and sensitive command posts." The report noted that "the forces control areas such as the Morag axis, new parts of Rafah, and the al-Daraj and al-Tuffah neighborhoods."

Amid the political stalemate, a security source said that "military pressure is a tool to force the Hamas leadership to return to negotiations for the release of prisoners," stressing that "strict coordination must be undertaken with the Directorate of Prisoners' and Missing Persons' Affairs to avoid carrying out operations in areas where prisoners are believed to be held."

The report added that "the Israeli army is carrying out systematic destruction of infrastructure using heavy engineering tools capable of destroying entire neighborhoods, including underground facilities," noting that "the attacks are carried out with high precision against targets identified in advance by the army," as part of what it described as "close fire support operations for ground forces deployed in the field."

The report also stated that a future incursion would require "a large-scale mobilization of reserve forces, the withdrawal of units from other fronts such as the north (Lebanon and Syria) and the West Bank," as well as "the direct distribution of humanitarian aid through American companies to undermine Hamas's civilian control."

In contrast, the report noted that "Hamas' leadership was surprised by the resumption of military operations after the ceasefire collapsed," adding that the movement is currently focusing on attrition tactics, including planting explosive devices, sniper operations, and launching rockets, while avoiding direct confrontation. It also relies on close monitoring of military movements and exploiting security gaps to carry out attacks.

According to the report, after the resumption of the war, Hamas decided to "maintain its combat strength of approximately 20,000 fighters, most of whom are inexperienced in combat, in preparation for any large-scale ground incursion." The report added that the movement is currently content with "a process of rebuilding, recruiting new fighters, and carrying out guerrilla operations that rely on operational opportunities or mistakes on the Israeli side."

According to the report, "Hamas operatives only carry out their attacks when they see an opportunity to achieve results," noting that "this includes firing anti-tank missiles, sniper operations, detonating explosive devices, and launching short-range rockets."

He added, "Israeli forces on the ground rarely directly spot militants, as they often disappear immediately after carrying out operations."

The report explained that "Hamas is trying to create a reality on the ground in which it appears not to be a permanent presence and does not engage in direct confrontations, but rather creates a relatively calm atmosphere, then returns to attack," adding: "On the ground, Hamas operatives monitor troop movements, gather intelligence, analyze patterns of operation, search for weak points, and carry out offensive operations from a safe distance."

He stated that "Israel does not expect the current operation to completely topple Hamas, but rather views it as a prelude to the next phase: either pressure to conclude a deal that includes the release of approximately 10 living prisoners and 15 bodies, or launch a final assault on the entire Gaza Strip, by imposing field control and distributing humanitarian aid outside the Hamas administration," according to the website.

According to the Israeli vision proposed following Netanyahu's speech on Saturday evening, according to Israeli analysts, the next phase of the war on Gaza could include "complete control and occupation of the Strip for the sake of survival, the distribution of humanitarian aid through an American company, and the strangulation of Hamas's ability to govern from a civil and administrative perspective."

In turn, Finance Minister and Minister of Defense Bezalel Smotrich renewed his inflammatory statements on Saturday calling for the continuation of the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, its complete occupation, and the imposition of military rule there. Smotrich's comments came in a post on his X account, commenting on Netanyahu's speech on Saturday.

Smotrich wrote: "Mr. Prime Minister, your remarks this evening about the need to end this war victoriously are clear. The approach to the war must be changed, and we must move toward a full occupation of the Gaza Strip without fear of military intervention if necessary." He added, "Hamas must be destroyed, and Gaza must never again pose a threat to the State of Israel."

Armed settlers attacked farmers on Sunday and smashed the windows of a vehicle in the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah.

Local sources reported that a number of settlers attacked citizens while they were working on their agricultural land in the "Al-Khala" area east of the town, forcing them to leave their land at gunpoint and smashing the windows of a vehicle belonging to Yahya Jabara.

It is noteworthy that settlers established a new settlement outpost on the town's lands three days ago.

In the northern Jordan Valley, Moataz Basharat, the settlement file official in Tubas Governorate, reported that a number of settlers stole two water tanks used for watering livestock in the Marah Allan area, east of Khirbet Humsa in the northern Jordan Valley.

In recent months, settlers have been stealing citizens' property in various areas of the northern Jordan Valley, as part of a clear policy to empty the Jordan Valley of its citizens.

The World Food Programme warns of a worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has warned of a worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, confirming that approximately two million people, the majority of whom are displaced, currently live without any source of income and are entirely dependent on humanitarian aid to meet their basic food needs.

In a series of statements issued over the past few hours, the program warned of what it described as a "growing danger" threatening hundreds of thousands of Gaza residents, given the severe dwindling food supplies, which portends an imminent humanitarian disaster.

The program noted that this dangerous situation coincides with the continued closure of border crossings, completely obstructing the arrival of essential food supplies into the besieged Strip. It emphasized that Gaza is in dire need of an immediate, sustained, and uninterrupted flow of food to avoid a complete collapse in food security.

He also warned of dire consequences if the situation continues as it is, noting that Palestinian civilians in Gaza are already facing catastrophic humanitarian conditions and a severe shortage of all necessities of life.

Israel files 22 indictments against elite fighters involved in the Nir Oz battle.

The Israeli State Prosecutor's Office in the Southern District informed the Attorney General that it had prepared indictments against 22 fighters, accusing them of participating in battles that took place inside Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7.

According to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper on Sunday, this move came after military intelligence and the General Security Service (Shin Bet) obtained new material over the past few months from within the Gaza Strip.

This move is unprecedented in terms of the scope of the charges, as the Attorney General's Office is also working to advance nine new bills aimed at expediting the trials of fighters from Hamas's elite unit.

The newspaper noted that Israeli authorities have informed the United States of developments in this campaign, explaining that the Public Prosecution plans to file a mass indictment including hundreds of fighters from the elite unit.

This campaign is being run by a small team of attorneys in the Southern District Attorney's Office, working with teams from the police's Lahav 433 unit, the Shin Bet security service, and the Military Intelligence Directorate.

According to a security source, the Shin Bet attaches utmost importance to this case and continues to collect evidence from various locations the Israeli military has entered within the Gaza Strip, where it had not previously been present.

The expansion of military operations, prior to the ceasefire, enabled the seizure of media materials and electronic data that contributed to documenting evidence.

After collecting the material, Military Intelligence and the Shin Bet sort and analyze it, then hand the evidence over to the police, who in turn transfer it to the Public Prosecution.

An Israeli police source explained that "the locations of some of the arrested fighters were identified, and when the Shin Bet entered those areas, such as Rafah, it was able to obtain evidence against them."

To date, approximately 300 fighters have been arrested for their involvement in Operation Protective Edge to varying degrees. Some were arrested inside Israel on October 7, while others were captured during the IDF's ground operations in Gaza.

The Israeli political leadership believes that these detainees are classified as "terrorists" and should not be included in any hostage exchange deals.

However, there remains a category of detainees who did not directly participate in the fighting but rather held hostages inside the Strip. It has not yet been decided whether they will be included in the indictments or allocated for subsequent exchange deals.

Gaza under fire: Dead and wounded, and the occupation continues to destroy residential buildings.

On the 34th day of the resumption of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued its airstrikes and artillery shelling on Sunday, targeting various areas across the Strip. Dozens of people were killed and wounded, most notably displaced persons whose tent was targeted in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis. Residential buildings were also destroyed in Gaza City.

Using various types of weapons, Israel continues its war of genocide in the Gaza Strip for the second year in a row, amidst conspicuous international silence. It perpetrates horrific massacres, the victims of which are mostly women and children.

Medical sources reported that 56 civilians, including children and women, were killed and dozens were injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli airstrikes on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn on Saturday.

Local sources reported that the body of a martyr was recovered, and four other people, including children and the elderly, were injured following an artillery attack that targeted a tent housing displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

In the central Gaza Strip, citizen Ismail Darwish succumbed to serious wounds he sustained last night as a result of shelling that targeted his family's home in the Nuseirat refugee camp.

Nine civilians were killed when Israeli warplanes bombed the Darwish family's home near the Al-Sawarha cemetery in the Nuseirat refugee camp.

The occupation forces' artillery also targeted the al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City, while shelling the east of al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip and heavy gunfire from occupation forces' vehicles were also reported.

In Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli gunboats fired heavy machine guns towards the city's coast.

The Israeli army destroyed a number of residential buildings southeast of Gaza City, while warplanes launched new raids on the Tuffah neighborhood, resulting in further civilian casualties.

From dawn on Saturday until Sunday morning, more than 56 Palestinians were killed in airstrikes targeting residential areas, bringing the death toll in Gaza to more than 100 in just 48 hours, amid escalating aggression and relentless bombardment.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of dead in the Gaza Strip since the resumption of the latest aggression has reached 1,783, in addition to 4,683 wounded, according to official statistics.

Since the war began on October 7, 2023, the death toll has risen to 51,157, while the number of wounded has exceeded 116,724.

For the 84th day, the occupation continues its aggression against Tulkarm and its two camps.

The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 84th consecutive day, and on the 71st day on the Nur Shams camp, amidst an escalating situation on the ground, accompanied by gunfire, explosions, raids, vandalism, and attacks on citizens and their property.

Local sources reported that a huge explosion occurred at dawn today in Tulkarm camp, followed by a thick plume of smoke. The nature of the explosion has not been determined, due to the siege imposed by the occupation on the camp and its near-complete emptiness of residents after they were forcibly displaced from their homes.

Israeli bulldozers carried out additional razing of completely destroyed streets in Tulkarm camp, closing off the western entrance to the camp from the Muqata'a neighborhood with earth mounds. Meanwhile, Israeli forces continue to deploy throughout the camp's neighborhoods, seizing homes and blocking off many entrances with barbed wire.

Throughout last night, the Al-Mahjar neighborhood in Nour Shams refugee camp witnessed heavy gunfire by occupation forces, the storming of dozens of homes, and the vandalism of several civilian vehicles.

Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces forced approximately 10 families from the Jabal al-Nasr area in Nour Shams camp and the area west of the camp to evacuate their homes, and threatened other families with eviction until Sunday, amid heavy gunfire aimed at terrorizing residents.

Meanwhile, the city witnessed a heavy deployment of military vehicles and infantry units last night, positioned around Gamal Abdel Nasser Square, Al-Haddadeen Street, and the eastern district, amid heavy firing of sound bombs at vehicles and civilians.

In the city center, occupation forces chased young men around Gamal Abdel Nasser Square, fired sound bombs intensively, and arrested a young man who was present at the scene, without being able to determine his identity.

In the eastern part of the city, occupation forces raided a number of shops and subjected those present to field interrogation.

Infantry forces and military vehicles also stormed the Dhnaba suburb and Harat al-Salam in the east of the city, raiding a number of homes, conducting extensive searches, and interrogating their owners.

Meanwhile, the occupation continues to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, converting them into military barracks after forcibly evacuating residents. Meanwhile, its military vehicles and bulldozers are stationed in the vicinity.

The ongoing Israeli aggression and escalation against the city of Tulkarm and its two refugee camps resulted in the deaths of 13 civilians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens more were injured and arrested.

It also resulted in the forced displacement of more than 4,000 families from the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, along with hundreds of citizens from the city's northern neighborhood after their homes were seized and a number of them converted into military barracks.

The aggression caused widespread destruction to infrastructure, including homes, shops, and vehicles, which were completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted, and stolen. 396 homes were completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps, in addition to closing their entrances and alleys with earth mounds.

Netanyahu: The occupation is at a critical stage, and we will not submit to Hamas's dictates.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Saturday evening that the occupation is at a critical stage of the war, stressing that it will not submit to the dictates of Hamas.

Netanyahu added in a televised address: "This war has exacted a heavy toll, and I wish a speedy recovery to the wounded soldiers and combatants injured in the fighting. I have directed the army to respond forcefully and increase the pressure on Hamas."

He continued: "We are at a crucial stage of the battle, and what is required is patience to achieve victory.

We will not surrender to Hamas, and if we do not eliminate its military capabilities, what happened on October 7 will happen again."

Netanyahu stressed that the occupation army will not end the war on Gaza before eliminating Hamas and returning the prisoners it holds.

He added: "Many of those who spoke out today against our aggressive policies opposed every step we took, and this reflects the extent of hypocrisy.

As for Iran's branch in Gaza, if we do not complete the destruction of Hamas's military and governmental capabilities, a repeat of what happened in October will only be a matter of time."

He pointed out that Hamas has so far rejected any proposal that would lead to the release of half of the living hostages. Hamas is demanding an end to the war while maintaining its rule, the withdrawal of the occupation from Gaza, and reconstruction with massive financial support that would enable it to rearm and launch new attacks.

Netanyahu emphasized that ending the war on these terms would send a message that the kidnapping of Israelis forces the occupation to its knees and subject it to dictates, posing a threat to regional and international security and undermining US President Donald Trump's vision of radically changing the reality in Gaza.

He concluded by saying, "We will not end this war until Hamas is destroyed, all hostages are returned, and the Gaza Strip is guaranteed not to pose a renewed threat to the occupation."
