A young Palestinian was injured, at dawn on Friday, after Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a vehicle near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Ramallah.
According to local sources, the young man suffered moderate injuries, and was transferred for treatment to a hospital in Ramallah.
