Israeli Supreme court will hold a hearing to consider petition submitted by Palestinian prisoner Al-Fasfous

The Prisoners and Ex-Detainees Affairs Authority reported today, Thursday, that a hearing has been set in the Israeli Supreme Court to consider the petition submitted by the lawyer of the prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous to consider the appeal submitted against the administrative detention decision against hunger-striking prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous

The session will be held on 10/2/2023, at the request of the Commission’s lawyer to appeal the administrative detention decision against the prisoner Al-Fasfous.

Prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous continues his hunger strike for the 57th day in a row, in rejection of the decision to detain him administratively.
