The Israeli occupation court in "Ofer" sentenced the prisoner, journalist Ibrahim Abu Safia (29 years old), from Beit Sira/Ramallah, to 24 months of actual imprisonment and a fine of NIS 2,000.
The Prisoners club stated that the prisoner Abu Safiya was arrested on August 6, 2022, and is a former prisoner, who spent about a year in captivity.
It is worth noting that the occupation authorities are detaining 17 Palestinian journalists in their prisons.
