An Israeli court ruled to release Elisha Yared, one of two accused of involvement in the murder of the 19-year-old Qosai Jammal Mi'tan in a settler raid on the village of Palestinian village of Burqa, to house arrest on Tuesday.
According to the Hebrew news site Ynet, Yared will not be released until 8 P.M. to allow Israel Police to file a petition against the decision.
The other settler accused of murder, Yehiel Endor, will have a separate hearing over the extension of his detention on Wednesday.
Five other settlers suspected of involvement were also released a few days ago.
