17-year-old Palestinian, shot by Israeli fire, dies of wound

Ramzi Hamed, 17, died on Monday from wounds sustained by Israeli gunfire in the town of Silwad, near Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry's announcement did not clarify whether he was shot by the military or Israeli settlers.

Locals pointed to a settler from Ofra who was responsible for the shooting on Wednesday.
