The occupation arrests five citizens in Jerusalem and Hebron

Today, Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested four citizens from the village of Al-Zuwaidin Arab Al-Ka’abneh, east of Yatta , south of Hebron .


Local sources said that the occupation forces raided a number of citizens' homes in the aforementioned village, and arrested Atallah Yousef Al-Ka'abneh, Abdullah Muhammad Al-Ka'abneh, Suleiman Ibrahim Al-Ka'abneh, and Salem Muhammad Al-Ka'abneh.


The occupation forces arrested the four citizens after they erected a tent on their land, on which the settlers established a settlement outpost, earlier.


It is noteworthy that on January 7, 2023, a settler installed caravans, brought sheep, and turned lands in the village into a pastoral settlement outpost under the protection of the occupation army.


It is noteworthy that the occupation authorities have classified 35,000 dunums of Al-Mosafer land as a firing range, and issued decisions to expel citizens from it, while settlers are trying to seize another 25,000 dunums.


In Jerusalem , the occupation forces arrested a boy from Al-Thawri neighborhood in the occupied city of Jerusalem, and released four Jerusalemites, including a woman, on the condition that they be removed from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and pay a fine.


The Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs stated that the occupation forces arrested the 16-year-old Abdullah Awad, after they raided and searched his family's house.


The authority added that the occupation authorities released Rasha Saeed, Muhammad Khwais, Moayad Khwais, and Ahmed al-Julani, on the condition that they be removed from Al-Aqsa until next May 30, and pay a fine.


In a related context, the occupation authorities renewed the administrative detention of the Jerusalemite prisoner Munther Nasser for a period of 6 months, for the third time in a row.
