On Saturday evening, settlers attacked citizens' vehicles near the towns of Qusra and Jalud , south of Nablus .
The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Douglas , said that there are a number of settlers deployed on the road linking Qusra and Jalud, and attacking citizens' vehicles with stones.
