The occupation forces launched a massive campaign of arrests in Silwan

Jerusalem - "Al Quds" dot com - The Israeli occupation forces launched, at dawn today, a massive campaign of arrests in the town of Silwan , south of Al-Aqsa Mosque .

According to local sources, the occupation forces surrounded the town, preventing entry or exit from it, and stormed a large group of houses, subjecting its residents to a field investigation.

It indicated that those forces arrested a large group of citizens, especially among the young men, on suspicion that the perpetrator of the shooting attack in Jerusalem, which resulted in the injury of 8 settlers, was a resident of the town.

Among the detainees, the Jerusalemite stationed, were Asmaa Al-Shyoukhi, her daughter, and 3 of her young sons.
