During his meeting with Rajoub.. The Algerian President confirms his country's support for the Palestinian cause

Algeria - "Al Quds" dot com - Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune affirmed today, Sunday, his country's firm position on the Palestinian cause, support for Palestine and its people, and lining up in the trench to defend its legitimate national rights, even freedom and independence.


This came during his meeting with the Secretary of the Central Committee of the "Fatah" movement, Lieutenant General Jibril Rajoub , in the Algerian capital, in the presence of the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ramtane Lamamra, the Director of the Office of the Algerian Presidency, Abdel Aziz Khalaf, and the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Algeria, Fayez Abu Aita.


The Algerian President welcomed Lieutenant General Rajoub and his accompanying delegation, extending his greetings to President Mahmoud Abbas, the leadership and the Palestinian people.


President Tebboune affirmed that Algeria is fully committed to supporting the Palestinians and their just cause, in all fields, and in bringing the voice of Palestine to all international forums, noting that the Palestinian cause is the most important and prominent moral issue in the conscience of all Algerians.


The Algerian President carried Lieutenant General Rajoub a message of love for the Palestinians, and that Algeria with all its capabilities and energies stands by their side, calling for renunciation of the dispute and a return to national cohesion, and a message to the Palestinian leadership, led by President Mahmoud Abbas, that Algeria stands by your side for the success of the Palestinian national reconciliation.


He pointed out that Algeria's political initiatives related to the restoration of national unity come within the framework of Algeria's firm commitment, leadership and people, to support the Palestinian cause, as Algeria's first cause.


In turn, Lieutenant General Rajoub handed the Algerian President a written message from President Mahmoud Abbas, on behalf of the Palestinian people and their political and national forces, in which he appreciated the great role played by Algeria in restoring Palestinian national unity, permanent support for the Palestinians, safeguarding their national rights, and supporting their just cause.


Lieutenant General Rajoub thanked the Algerian President on behalf of Palestine, the leadership, the people and the sports family, for the great initiative he launched to harness all Algerian sports facilities and consider them home stadiums for the Palestinian sports teams, stressing that these remarkable initiatives enshrine in the awareness of the Palestinians the extent of firm commitment and the great Arab-Algerian position towards the cause. Palestinian.


Lieutenant General Rajoub affirmed that the "Fatah" movement is committed to ending the division according to a comprehensive Palestinian vision based on a political approach punctuated by a unity of position and performance, and developing mechanisms to build partnership and consensus with all Palestinians, which establishes the building of a unified political system and a comprehensive national strategy to confront the occupation.


Lieutenant General Rajoub put the Algerian President in the picture of the daily violations and crimes committed by the fascist Israeli government in all Palestinian areas, stressing that the occupation government seeks to kill the Palestinian identity and the idea of an independent state.


He pointed out that Palestinian national unity and the Arab depth should be a bridge to put pressure on Israel to confront its government and its fascist policies, stressing that the Palestinians are in the process of developing a comprehensive national strategy based on confrontation with the occupation, through national unity that leads to true partnership through a democratic process.
